Job Description: The Senior Specialist: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions Architect will serve as a technical expert responsible for architecture, design, and solutions for application and enterprise platforms within the Identity and Access Management area. [the_ad id="21943"] Job Responsibilities: Serves as the Identity and Access Management (IAM) technical expert responsible for strategy, design, and implementation of access management solutions. Define and drive the adoption of federated authentication and authorization reference architectures and standards for existing, new, and emerging IAM technologies. Collaborates with security, risk, and governance teams as well as application development teams to design solutions, drive adoption and reduce risk. Analyze business and security requirements and design, develop and configure access management solutions for SSO, MFA, and Federated solutions (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, etc.). Works with technology teams and business customers to ensure technology solutions are well-managed, regular maintenance tasks are performed and all compliance and security requirements are met. Job Requirements: Professional, results-driven, and goal-focused. Deep and analytical thinker with the ability to think across different dimensions and perspectives to solve problems. BSc. degree or equivalent B Tech, National Diploma. Ability to provide thought leadership during solution conceptualization and design. ITILv4 Foundation, ISO27001, AWS, Agile Training and Certification preferred. Matric/Grade 12 is essential. Experience working with API gateways, SOA services, J2EE, JSON, REST, SCIM, SOAP-based web services, MS Windows Server, SUSE Linux, RHEL, DNS, Firewalls, Proxys, VMWare. Working experience with COTS IAM tools, such as SailPoint, NetIQ IAM products, PING Identity Must have 5 to 8 years of experience with requirements, analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing of access management solutions. Must have strong experience in access management and federation protocols, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SSL, RADIUS, SPML, Access Control, and developing access management solutions. IAM technology vendor certification, e.g., NetIQ IAM, PING Identity, or SailPoint. Ability to develop solution architectural designs. CISSP, CISM, Security+ certification preferred. Working experience with LDAP directories (Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, eDirectory). Must have a thorough understanding and work experience in Single Sign-On, Access management, Identity Federation, Multi-factor authentication, Risk/Context-based authentication, provisioning/ de-provisioning, SoD, Consent Management, and Access Certification. Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in supporting and maintaining an IAM environment, including migrating and upgrading IAM environments.
