Job Description:
- To provide relationship management, support, coordination and technical expertise to internal business partners as well as direct line management to the internal channel home loans sales teams within the provincial structures.
- To provides support to the branch network regarding product updates, training, criteria changes and tactics for business acquisition
- To support home loan sales through the Branch channel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages the overall performance of all acquisition home loans channel internal sales consultants, this including achievement of targets, sales performance and operational performance.
- Develops and implements plans to ensure that the appropriate focus on driving cross-sell of the full range of Standard Bank products off the home loans base.
- Ensures that the best advice is given to internal channels to support the acquisition of home loans business from these channels.
- Supports the development and implementation of tactical plans to deliver home loans sales strategy within internal channels aligned to the strategy communicated by business distribution and Home Loans.
- Proactively drives and monitor home loans sales results across all the internal channels within the province and recommend necessary remedial actions.
Job Requirements:
- Need to have marketing and sales experience
- Matric
- 3 years’ experience in the field of home loans and related products.
- Significant experience in developing and managing senior level relationships with business partners.
- Relevant business related tertiary qualification
- Licences: Valid Driver’s Licence
