Job Description: Support with the effective and efficient execution of payroll processes, practices, and systems. Enter, maintain, audit, and process payroll data. Plan and implement recordkeeping processes for payroll data. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, HR teams, and line managers to enhance service delivery of the HR function. Audit transactions performed by junior administrators, and conduct data health checks. Liaise with and consult HR and business units concerning governance and legislative issues. Deliver on time resolution of queries and requests. Perform quality assurance process on payroll inputs, and highlight any inconsistencies or errors. Implement Sasol Group's risk philosophy and enterprise risk management framework. Support with the coordination of meetings and preparation of documentation. Raise awareness about payroll policies and processes. Help internal and external auditors with regular audits of payroll data. Regularly review work to align team activities with Sasol Group policies, conditions of service, wage negotiations, and legislative and statutory requirements. Apply evidence-based SHE practices in alignment with set standards for safe operations. Assist with activities relating to payroll, including controls, the assurance of data availability, preparation of ad-hoc reports, and provision of technical support. Participate in the implementation of HR administrative solutions within agreed work plans and timelines.
