Job Description:
This is a regional management role within Succession (AFP and SFP). The role also serves as member of the National Sales Manco. This role is accountable to drive sales growth within the region across all four classes of business (Life, ST, Health and Wealth) distributing both Sanlam and other external product provider products. Key focus areas include:

- Support FP business development
- Drive new planners acquisition
- Manage a team of Business Administration Consultant’s that drive:
- On-boarding, vesting, and development of Financial Planners
- Practice development and or management of Financial Planners
- Budget and expense management
- Build business partnerships with internal and external (approximately 130) industry product providers
- Create and execute a regional sales strategy Increasing regional market share and implementing the Succession VP
- Ensure compliance is maintained within the region
- Oversee compliance of submitted business,
- Drive sales and marketing across all four classes of business
Job Requirements:
- Sales and operational management/leadership of a team/unit
- MS: Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Qualification & Experience:
- Grade 12
- CFP/RFP3 or equivalent (i.e.: 120credits)/Possibly KI
- Management diploma
- Extensive Financial Services experience in a marketing/sales environment
- Commercial/Financial or business related diploma/degree
