Job Description:
Provide an efficient service to all passengers using Kigali International Airport that needs special services. To ensure the safe handling of passengers with reduced mobility, UM and other special cases while maintaining a high level of customer service.

- Report any accidents or incidents to the shift supervisor.
- Liaise with Supervisor and load control office to ensure all wheelchair passengers’ requirements are met and ensure the notification message about special cases are sent to the destination
- Liaise with Out Station Managers to ensure passengers with special requests are met in accordance with the service level agreements.
- Assist passengers with reduced mobility from the terminal entrance or vehicle drop off point to the check in area, security checks and departure gates until s/he is boarded.
Job Requirements:
- An excellent command of the English language or French (written and verbal) is essential.
- Knowledge of airport services and customer care.
- Proactive and time management
Qualification & Experience:
- A level certificate/A2
- Proven working experience with in the airport is mandatory
- Proven experience of a minimum of 1 year in airport.
