Job Responsibilities:

• Manually grease Pellet Machine rollers
• Adhere to health, safety environmental standards and procedures
• Record the production sequence, temperature, pellet mill speed and steam stats, through put.
• Optimum running of pellet mills to meet quality requirements
• Maintain the prescribed temperature at all times during pelleting.
• Possess a willingness, helpful and positive attitude of the job as well as endurance to succeed.
• Report equipment defects to Production supervisor
• Daily cleaning of pellet mills and work area.
• Monitoring & recording of pellet parameters

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Clear criminal record.

Qualification & Experience:

• 6 months’ experience in a production environment
• Computer Literate
• Grade 12
