Promote the bank as an employer of choice. Build trusting working relationships with recruitment team to ensure performance and delivery. Fulfil requirements of service level agreements. Ensure that agencies and consultants deliver client needs. Support the implementation of business optimisation improvement through team engagement. Encourage team to generate innovative ideas and by sharing knowledge. Drive efficiency and identify opportunities for performance improvement. Drive legislative and internal compliance. Engage with stakeholders regarding current and future workforce and recruitment needs. Advise all stakeholders on factors affecting recruitment performance. Ensure transformational targets are met. Contribute to a culture of transformation by participating in Nedbank culture building initiatives, business strategy, and CSI. Create and monitor external talent pools per current and future business needs. Ensure quality candidates are sourced internally and externally. Ensure team compliance with bank recruitment policies and processes. Proactively source internal candidates. Qualification & Experience: 5 - 8 years recruitment experience with at least 3 years management experience.
