Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain working relationships with nursing and other stakeholders (i.e. inter-professional, inter-sectoral and multi-disciplinary teamwork). Participate in the analysis, formulating and implementation of nursing guidelines, practices, standards and procedures. Supervise and ensure the provision of an effective and efficient patient care through adequate nursing care. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of a nursing care plan and the evaluation thereof. Provide relevant health information to patients in achieving optimal health care. Diploma / Degree in Nursing Administration and Grade 12 Certificate. Post basic qualification in nursing with a duration of at least (1) one year accredited with SANC in one of the specialities.
