Job Description: Responsible for the continuous training and development of employees in the relevant business unit [the_ad id="21943"] Job Responsibilities: Coordinate students when performing on-the-job training and optimise processes Monitor, advise, guide and provide support and coaching relating to T&D, people, technology and processes Develop a Skills Matrix for the Business Unit Take a practical role in optimisation of training systems and resources Assist BU with succession planning to address BU workforce planning Provide input on training and development system and processes, like budgeting, policies and procedures and student pipeline Ensure legislative compliance relating to T&D Review BU safe work procedures Implement and maintain business unit T&D programmes, initiatives and related administrative duties Engage and liaise with stakeholders Perform Training Needs Analysis and associated tasks of the Workplace Skills Plan Evaluate and update operational training material Job Requirements: Valid driver’s license Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry and exposure to Paper & Finishing will be beneficial 2 years experience in a supervisory position Good understanding of Education, Training and Development processes High attention to detail Workplace Skills Plan experience will be advantageous Leadership potential Good understanding of integrated management systems Tertiary education in Human Resources or in Training and Development as an advantage Computer literate Passion for performance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a team environment NQF L6 / OD ETDP Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification (Pulp & Paper) Computer literacy (including SAP) is essential Must be able to work efficiently in a high pressure environment 3-5 years’ experience in operational training within a manufacturing environment Job Details: Company: Mondi Group Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, SA Application Deadline: N/A [the_ad id="21944"] Apply Here jobsrican.com
