[the_ad id="21943"] Job Responsibilities: Underwriting on multi claimants/high loss ratio clients Maintaining and improving agreed client service levels Maintaining and building client relationships Identifying cross selling opportunities and provide leads Credit control/Unpaid Debit Orders/Account Queries Processing of Renewals Day to Day management/assistance to clients and ensuring portfolio profitability Delivering excellent client service Thorough knowledge of short-term insurance products Assist clients with claim forms and queries Growing current client portfolio Servicing of dedicated client portfolios Retention of current client portfolio Job Requirements: FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives (RE5) Negotiation skills Must have - Drivers license and own vehicle Problem solving skills Extensive knowledge of the Short-Term Insurance Industry FAIS Credits (min 30 credits in short term insurance if date of first appointment is before 2010); or if date of first appointment is on or after 01/01/2010, a full recognised qualification as per the FSCA qualification list. Thorough understanding of insurance products Must have - a minimum of 3 years' experience in Servicing (Short Term Insurance) 18 CPD (continuous professional development) points for anyone working with two lines of business and KI's.
