Computer literate individuals with a GMF trade test (wheat OR maize), Matric with Mathematics and General Science, and 5 years’ experience at a wheat or maize mill (of which 3 years’ should be in a senior production management position) are invited to apply.

• Qualifications from the Swiss Milling School, City & Guilds of London (Advanced Flour Milling), the National Association of British & Irish Millers, or a Diploma in Production or Manufacturing Management are highly advantageous.
