Job Description:
To deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients/Private Clients RMB clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles

- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
- Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements
- Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG
- Conduct client reviews within the context of client engagements and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering
- Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice, solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth in line with stated KPI’s across the Loans Pillar and Products
- Identify Local and Offshore fiduciary opportunities and advise on client philanthropy
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
- Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice, solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth in line with stated KPI’s across the Transact Pillar and Products
- Execute on opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers
- Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
- Provide appropriate banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice, solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth in line with stated KPI’s across the Invest Pillar and Products

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification – Relevant Educational and professional background Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or Accounting RE
- Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment (strong background in Banking /Investment / Financial Planning / Wealth Management
- Preferred Qualification – Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
