Job Description: The Discovery Health team is seeking a Campaign consultant who will be responsible for email, SMS and mobile push communications. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing the Company’s marketing emails including promotional blast emails, trigger emails and event-based emails. Building emails, sending bulk communications, and tracking these is core to the role. [the_ad id="21943"] Job Responsibilities: Building email campaigns including template building, database selection, testing, scheduling, quality assurance, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content driven campaigns. Work closely with the analytics team to derive customer insights and best practice for campaigns. Maintain and regular reviews of reoccurring triggered email communications. Apply email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns. Troubleshoot technical issues related to template, list segmentations and other aspects of email execution, as required. Feedback on campaign results during various stages of sending, as well as comprehensive reporting post-campaign results. Work closely with the systems team for business requirements. Job Requirements: Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills HTML knowledge Strong analytical skills Stay current with email marketing best practices, strategies, and industry standards. Expertise in Ms Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Experience with building multi-channel campaigns Customer-focused Experience working with a marketing automation tool (Everlytic or SAP Marketing would be advantageous) At least 3-5 years of experience in relevant field with tools, email campaign building and list selection preferred (marketing, campaign management, communications) Proven ability to communicate insights and action items driven from data. Ability to manage your own time and deliverables with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Design, or technology preferred Show attention to detail Creative, highly organized, articulate, flexible, and very hands-on.
