Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to implement the required risk protocols in line with the defined GRM strategy and DCDS specific mandate for deliverables. The role encompasses key risk deliverables that need to be completed in line with the expected mandate and within predefined timelines in order to meet external deadlines and reliance by 3rd parties.

Job Responsibilities:
- Present solutions to challenges that may be experienced to the finance specialist to facilitate an effective and mature query resolution outcome to the challenge.
- Build positive relationships in line with collaborative efforts between Risk team, Business, GRM and similar stakeholders by facilitating accurate and complete information transfers
- Plan, manage and proactively manage all the necessary administrative tasks, required to meet predefined deadlines in line with the defined review protocols within the function
- Conduct risk incident training in line with predefined training material set out by the HOD
- Perform any adhoc related risk task as defined by the Finance Specialist to support the man date of the team.
- Implement all the required tasks (meetings, post meeting updates, questions during meetings etc) in order to drive out key deliverables such as
- Risk Incidents, The Risk Profile , Emerging risks KRIs, PCSA , RCA, ad hoc risk assessments, BCP , Risk Appetite , year end projects, Specific projects, IT related risk in line with accuracy and completeness in line with the defined strategy for DCDS business
- Perform all necessary follow ups of all risks and their mitigation plans and assess the adequacy thereof
- Embed and apply logic, critical thinking, 5 why analysis, risk knowledge, risk sources, media updates, relevant information into the above mentioned deliverables to ensure information accurate and complete before presentation to the finance specialist
Job Requirements:
- Working with administrative tasks across numerous stakeholders and concurrent activities
- 1- 3 years of similar tasks/ similar environment Understanding of the Discovery business
