Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and coordinate Organisational Functionality Assessments (OFA) on internal systems and processes.
- Identify areas of improvement on current business to reduce turnaround times and costs of rendering services where applicable.
- Coordinate consultations with line managers and organised labour.
- Implement Organisational Development prescripts. (Policies, norms and standards, directives, circulars, frameworks, and guidelines). Conduct Work Study and Workload Analysis (determine post provisioning norms).
- Conduct workshops on development of job descriptions.
- Promote the use of a uniform job description template.
- Facilitate the signing of job descriptions by line managers and job incumbents.
- Manage job description filling database.
- Facilitate the alignment of job description to the approved functional and organisational structure.
- Conduct research to determine functions on the structure and content of new jobs.
- Manage the development of job description for all job categories.
- Manage the development of Standards of Operating Procedures.
- Facilitate the mapping of the As-Is and To-Be business processes.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in the related environment and 3-5 years at middle management (ASD).
- NQF Level 6 /7 in Management Services (Work-study), Operations Management, Industrial and Organisational Psychology or equivalent as recognised by SAQA’3-5 years’
