Job Description: This thought-leader will work in close partnership with our Talent Acquisition (TA) and broader Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ID&E) teams to operationalize diversity programs and execution to align with TA delivery goals aligned with Amazon’s broader Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ID&E) strategy. [the_ad id="21943"] Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute diversity hiring plans to drive productivity improvements that enable the TA team to deliver against the ID&E hiring goals. Work closely with TA Leaders to help embed and track team goals and operating strategy. Project manage critical initiatives across global stakeholders at all levels, including the change management to ensure the initiative lands in the field Use strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement in the diversity of the recruitment funnel Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company projects and initiatives related to diversity in talent acquisition. Communicate effectively in written and verbal forums to integrate new inputs and document key outputs, such as program status, problems and solutions, standard operating procedures, and change management Assist TA Leaders with preparing and acting on monthly business reviews, partnering with wider TA teams. Job Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles. Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership 5+ years of experience in program or project management Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, customer program status reports, and insights analysis. Demonstrates ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority. Ability to analyze data to find trends and process gaps. 10+ years of Program/Project Management Experience. Experience working with recruiting tools and systems. Project management certifications (PMP, Prince 2, other). Experience creating formal program management deliverables / reports. Willingness to dive deep, experiment rapidly, and get things done in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
