Analysing enhanced requirements and creating process documentation, diagrams, and feature Understanding and configuring Kronos software interfacing products dealing with 3rd party vendor. Interface closely with IS business analyst, to keep abreast of new projects and to provide analysts with pertinent end user feedback Use the Kronos On-line library as a source of technical information Provide Help Desk support and analysis of ongoing end user business flow questions Application Training for customers Update material as Kronos infrastructure and business processes evolve and include common support topics Ensure end-user satisfaction and effectiveness of training by measuring and monitoring business operations Use the Kronos Par System in conjunction with the Project Managers to log and resolve product issues Consulting customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures pertaining to Kronos Specifications pertaining to the Kronos environment Signup for the Kronos Web Mailer to receive important information in the form of emails Use the Product Forums to log questions and receive responses from other Consultants and Kronos Reps around the world Job Requirements: Knowledge of various browsers Some knowledge on Cloud computing At least 5 years’ experience in system integration and networking and Time and Labour management would be an advantage.
