To apply user-design thinking to create wireframes, and designs that bring value to life. To lead the User Experience competency with both internal and external partners. Focuses on designing Customer interaction insights through user centric analysis and evaluation techniques. Conducts research using user experience methodologies. Planning and designing new concepts to enhance the Customer online experience. Gather, understand, and document requirements with regards to the user experience component. Effective communication to all relevant stakeholders Designs solutions and produces user experience outputs. Facilitates design discussions, influence stakeholders, presents results and solutions. Job Requirements: Knowledge of legal compliance Data Knowledge, data gathering and analysis, generating insights and execution Strong analytics and a sound understanding in digital products-Advanced information technology management. Ability to influence and engage across all levels of the business with regards to customer centric product concepts and best practices. Qualification & Experience: Grade 12, Matric A bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, marketing or related field.
