Job Description: Support the development and implementation of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity across Sasol Secunda site, in support of the Sasol Cybersecurity Programme. [the_ad id="21943"] Job Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expert (SME) OT cybersecurity guidance to Secunda Operations, IT, Cybersecurity regarding OT cybersecurity (control systems, electrical and industrial communication) standards, systems, networks and work process (risk, assurance, etc.). Support OT cybersecurity risk, implementation plan and incident reporting to Sasol cybersecurity governance committees, structures and stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of OT cybersecurity across Sasol Secunda site, based on OT cybersecurity controls implementation plans. Support the development/updating of OT cybersecurity-related standards, system and network architectures, technology selection, reporting and risk assessment methodologies. Collaborate with Sasol, Original Equipment Manufacturers OEMs and 3rd party OT, Cybersecurity and Information Technology (IT) stakeholders to assess OT cyber risk, recommend and implement OT cybersecurity controls, and to support OT cybersecurity risk and controls reporting. Support OT cybersecurity business continuity, through business continuity plans, support during incidents, threat intelligence, cyberattack analysis, etc. Assess alternate system and technology design configurations and identify functional, procedural and non-functional requirements for OT architecture and cyber security processes. Job Requirements: understand the requirements of the task, achieve alignment and effectively lead stakeholders to deliver on OT cybersecurity and implementation plan objectives. Knowledge and skills around safety, health and environment legislation and company systems (business processes, tools, etc.). Qualification & Experience: Typically 3+ Years relevant experience specifically in the OT environment (considering drivers such as safety, availability and integrity) and OT cybersecurity. University Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronic Engineering. Working experience in project solution development, standards and technology selection, and management of delivery (from idea generation to beneficial operation), and as lead engineer on projects. Working experience in collaborating with system manufacturers, Operating and Manufacturing Entities (OMEs), 3rd parties and services providers. Working knowledge and experience in OT systems (principally within the control, instrumentation, electrical domains, e.g. distributed control systems (DCS), substation automation systems (SAS)). Cisco Certified Network Associate (preferred), Cisco Certified Network Professional (preferred). Postgraduate diploma or degree in Cybersecurity (preferred).
