Operational Compliance Client Document Management Respond to personal objectives, take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance. Clarification Consult with a range of customer representatives at different levels to identify the outcomes they require, introducing relevant internal specialists and utilizing their expertise to gather and analyze complex customer data, clarify mid- to long-term customer needs, and develop and agree to a specification of customer requirements. Conduct financial needs analysis, client portfolio analysis and provide financial advice. Create and ensure compliance with a company wide document management system.
