Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the change scope of a specific project, task or assignment is clearly defined and all deliverables are met.
- Monitor benefits against what was predicted in the business case.
- Create and implement action plans to ensure everything is ready for the change before going live.
- Gather feedback to allow timely improvements to the change plan and approach.
- Ensure that all participants are engaged throughout the change programme and fully prepared to exploit the new operational business environment.
- Identify specific metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits and plans to activate these mechanisms at the required time.
- Ensure that tasks, assignments and project deliverables the team are responsible for is delivered on time and of sufficient quality
- Develop and communicate tailored change/bridging plans for senior stakeholder groups.
- Develop the bridging approach and management plan in collaboration with sponsors, users and project teams.
- Lead activities required in the realisation of the benefits of each part of the change programme.
- Provide guidance and make suggestions to support change sponsors.
- Acquire change management resources and develop their capabilities to deliver the required changes.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge/experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of ICT operational environment.
- The ability to be reliable, responsible, dependable and to fulfil obligations.
- The ability to be creative and open-minded when addressing work issues.
- The ability to adhere to rules and strictly follow work regulations.
Qualification & Experience:
- Knowledge/experience of change management and/or marketing/relationship management.
- Two (2) to three (3) years’ relevant working experience related to the duties and responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or a Advanced Diploma/B.Tech degree/Postgraduate Certificate on NQF level 7 in the field of communication and change management.
