Job Description:

The role will provide the successful graduate the opportunity to gain experience as first line support of Systems and Applications. The graduate will gain exposure to the inner workings of a growing multinational. The Tsebo Solutions Academy will ensure the successful Graduate in Training has a comprehensive program where they will undergo relevant work experience, to enhance their skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced IT professional within the Tsebo Solutions Group IT Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in periodic reporting on Application Calls
• Escalate and follow up calls with Partners
• Monitor and manage IT Applications Service Desk
• Escalate and follow up calls with 2nd line support
• First Line Support of IT Applications

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to be able to commute and work in the Tsebo Office Park in Sandton
• Ability to work collaboratively across multple teams
• Managing deadlines within tight Time lines
• Communication skills
• Strong analytical

Qualification & Experience:

• Preference will be given to recently qualified graduates with a Tertiary Degree with a strong focus on informatics, business intelligence and data science in their IT qualification
