Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the online merchant team
• Work cross-functionally & leverage Group strategies to deliver targeted ROI
• Develop & continuously optimise the e-commerce marketing & merchandising plans, leveraging all channels to drive customers, revenue & innovation
• Manage & allocate all aspects of the online budget
• Manage Totalsports’ e-commerce channel & drive the e-commerce strategy for the brand
• Be responsible for setting & meeting online targets

Job Requirements:

• Strong budget management skills
• Working knowledge of dealing with managing a digital marketing agency
• Strong verbal written communication skills
• Ability to plan, launch & track campaigns across web, social, SMS email
• Strong commercial acumen trader approach to e-commerce
• Ability to analyse report back effectively

Qualification & Experience:

• 5 years proven track record in a high performing e-commerce environment
• Experience in marketing, planning, merchandising, operations logistics
• Relevant degree or diploma
