Job Description:
Manage the Corporate Actions area ensuring customer focus, high quality fulfilment and operational services to all stakeholders. The main purpose of the role is to ensure all operational functions relating to event processing and event notifications is performed efficiently which will result in a cost effective and high quality service to customers. The role will be accountable to ensure any potential discrepancies are identified and resolved prior to final market elections. Assist the Corporate Action Head in achieving the division’s goals and objectives.

Qualification & Experience:
- 7-10 years experience People management including ,conflict management, coaching and mentoring staff, driving reward and recognition in the team and ensuring appropriate disciplinary action taken where required.
- 7-10 years experience in Corporate Actions and Financial Market
- 7-10 years experience in Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), Johannesburg Stock Exchange,
- Share Trading Transaction Totally Electronic (Strate) and Banking Network Custody System (Bancs), Strate rules and Derivatives, Withholding Tax experience
