Job Description:
To develop strategies that produce data insights and intelligence, using big data analytics and advanced data modelling & mining techniques. The data insights and intelligence produced will support the implementation, management, and optimisation of digital transformation across GM clients and trading in order to maintain competitive advantage through enhanced customer experience, increase client value and revenue, increased trading volume, and increased efficiency
Qualification & Experience:
- 8-10 years Proven track record for success in leading advanced analytics teams and building out best-in-class capabilities. Experience creating business value from data analysis.
- 5-7 years Fluency in data analysis tools, techniques, and visualisations (for e.g. Advanced Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc). Proven experience in combining complex data signals and campaign results into actionable insights and recommendations. Proficiency in performing statistical analysis in SAS/R/Python for purposes of guiding and overseeing Business Analytics work.
- 3 – 4 years Experience in planning and communicating a business case to support the intent to engage with a targeted client or to align a new or existing product range resulting in a financial transaction.
- Honour’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Applied Mathematics) or Computer Science.
- Experience working with Salesforce or Qualification as a Salesforce Ranger
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Commerce
- Post Graduate Degree
