Job Description:
To provide core support to the business through the development and maintenance of accurate management information and the analysis of available information. To provide valuable insights for strategic decision making and accurate information for day-to-day operational management.
Job Requirements:
- The ability to implement agile metrics to measure the value delivered to business. These metrics include velocity, sprint burn-down chart and release burn-up chart.
- The ability to use estimation and prioritisation techniques in the agile framework.

Qualification & Experience:
- 2-3 years value realisation and benefits tracking required
- 2-3 data analysis experience – SQL, SAS, Teradata
- 2-3 Process Analysis experience working with Visio/ Aris tools
- 2-3 experience on NABPS process
- 2-3 years experience in an automation / Feature Analyst / Product Owner role.
- 2 years experience working with Splunk, Jira, Confluence
- 2-3 monthly reporting on automation portfolio – Powerpoint
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
