Job Responsibilities:
- Sales meetings, empowerment and motivational sessions.
- Reporting
- Achieving the goals of the sales team.
- Attaining key accounts and the management thereof.
- Visiting key account customers etc.
Job Requirements:
- Record of sales success
- Excellent understanding of sales and customers service
- Must have matric certificate ( Essential)
- Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s licence and the individual must have their own vehicle. NOT Negotiable.
- The successful individual will be required to have a tracking service of the company’s choice. NOT Negotiable.
- To be discussed in more detail at the interview phase.
- Ability to identify and acquire new business
- Be computer literate with knowledge of excel
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry
