Our organisation is looking for an experienced and passionate Payroll & Benefits Officer to contribute to the accuracy of the payroll and benefits function by making sure that employees are paid on time and accurately. Further, to assist employees with all payroll related issues and providing them with relevant information as per BCEA. Lastly, to contribute to the company’s policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of the department. Job Requirements:
- Have experience capturing data and verifying of remuneration related issues
- Have computer literacy
- Hold a Diploma /NQF level 5
- Have attention to detail
- Be deadline driven
- Have 2-3 years’ admin experience
- Have numerical reasoning
