Job Description:
The main purpose of a Stock Replenisher (Foods) is to manage the inbound Supply Chain by optimizing inventiry mix in the DC through effective management of key supplier accounts and product ranges.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound product availability in line with divisional promotions
- Data analysis and reporting
- Manage the product life cycle from new item introduction to exit from market
- Daily processing of system recommended orders
- Analyze opportunities and align system settings to maximize cost
- Project management
- Ensure supplier orders are in line with service level goals and inventory policies
- Analyze weekly promotional demand exceptions
- Analyze & maintain individual item records
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure stock for planned promotions
- System setup and collaborate with individual suppliers to ensure optimal supply chain synergies
- Ensure effective delivery scheduling
- Monitor supplier statistics to ensure adherence
- Input and maintain market related information into replenishment solution
- Forecasting exception management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two years relevant (Retail/Supply Chain) experience
- Relating & Networking
- Presenting and communicating information professionally
- Analyzing data
- Workload planning and organizing
- Adapting and responding to change
- Coping with pressure and setbacks
- Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge
- Product & market knowledge
- Degree in Supply Chain or relevant qualification
- Deciding and initiating action
