Job Description:

The main purpose of a Stock Replenisher (Foods) is to manage the inbound Supply Chain by optimizing inventiry mix in the DC through effective management of key supplier accounts and product ranges.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound product availability in line with divisional promotions
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Manage the product life cycle from new item introduction to exit from market
  • Daily processing of system recommended orders
  • Analyze opportunities and align system settings to maximize cost
  • Project management
  • Ensure supplier orders are in line with service level goals and inventory policies
  • Analyze weekly promotional demand exceptions
  • Analyze & maintain individual item records
  • Collaborate with suppliers to secure stock for planned promotions
  • System setup and collaborate with individual suppliers to ensure optimal supply chain synergies
  • Ensure effective delivery scheduling
  • Monitor supplier statistics to ensure adherence
  • Input and maintain market related information into replenishment solution
  • Forecasting exception management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years relevant (Retail/Supply Chain) experience
  • Relating & Networking
  • Presenting and communicating information professionally
  • Analyzing data
  • Workload planning and organizing
  • Adapting and responding to change
  • Coping with pressure and setbacks
  • Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge
  • Product & market knowledge
  • Degree in Supply Chain or relevant qualification
  • Deciding and initiating action
