Job Description:
Lead, monitor, and supervise a group of employees in a matrix structure to achieve defined goals that create effective and efficient customer service that contribute to customer centricity. Responsible for leading and supporting Administrators to execute across the employee life cycle administration actions from entry to exit. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support effective execution on employee life cycle administration actions. Organise and support the employee life cycle administration from recruitment, compensation, health checks, movements, separation of employees including focus on facilitating end to end death administration processes and interactions with families and relevant stakeholders.

- Manage outcome of objectives, projects and activities using health checks and scorecard.
- Contribute to requirements for systems and programs.
- Accountable for delivery of accurate, relevant, and complete documentation and system management by the team.
- Support with coordination of meetings, preparation of documentation, and the collation and finalisation of relevant documentation.
- Regularly review work against compliance and required objectives and standards.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Reporting and analytics to drive team deliverables in the pursuit of customer focus and customer centricity.
- Manage environment according to SLC and service offering catalogue.
- Daily resource and activity management of team in a matrix structure.
- Implementing and maintaining timelines and SLA’s to achieve team deliverables.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, HRBPs, and line managers to enhance service delivery of the HR function.
- Proactive identification of potential risks or continuous improvement opportunities in regard to statutory requirements, processing and policy, governance misalignments and overly complex and ineffective processes.
- Driving and monitoring compliance and governance in execution of team activities
- Driving and monitoring service delivery of efficiency and effectiveness of team.
Qualification & Experience:
- Team Lead / Supervisory experience will be an advantage
- University Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ relevant years
