Job Description: RCL Foods is seeking a Processing Manager to join our Bread, Buns and Rolls Team. The role will be based at our Pretoria West Bakery and report to the Factory Manager.RCL Foods entrusts the Processing Manager to manage the Buns and Rolls Plant at the Pretoria West Bakery, ensuring maximum efficiency whilst maintaining compliance with legislation, customer specifications and Company standards and processes. This will include: Supplying the customer with the required quality products at the right time Minimizing costs, non-conformances and down-time To lead, guide, motivate and train team. Qualification & Experience: Minimum appropriate tertiary qualification e.g. A Diploma/ Degree in Production Management/Engineering and 3 years relevant experience It would be an advantage for candidates to have previous Perishable / Baking Industry experience.
