Job Description:
RCL Foods is seeking an experience and Artisan Assistant to join the Maintenance Team at our Rustenburg Mill. The Artisan Assistant would report to the Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily maintenance, construction work and complying with all safety requirements.

- Do daily line inspections and give feedback
- React timeously to breakdowns
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required by Mill operations and/or designated by Mill Management.
- Check sump pumps at minus one at every shift
- Factory lighting
- Assist artisan overhauling and assembling equipment
- Adhere to safety rules and regulations
- Do mechanical maintenance
- Manually grease pellet mill rollers at every shift
Job Requirements:
- Basic hand tools experience
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent literacy and numeric level
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Willingness to work overtime and Shift work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
