Job Description:

Experienced client-facing Complex Programme and Project Manager with application development experience across multiple industries.  Proficient in managing large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex, multi-faceted projects, combining excellent strategic planning abilities with strong communication skills to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally to support building this capability and skillset within the Technology space to support our drive for complex technology opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Job Requirements:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Proven working experience in project management
• Experience with project management software tools
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
