Job Description:
To manage the administration and relationship between service providers and Mediclinic on all benefits and funds to ensure streamlining of processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and optimise benefits and funds at Mediclinic
- Provide management and administration with regard to benefits and funds
- Train relevant parties on benefits and manage projects
- Manage key account and stakeholder relations
- Lead and manage the people in the HR Benefits team
- Communicate Benefits to Mediclinic
- Support Employee Wellness initiatives at hospital and corporate level
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of the rules of Medical Aid schemes and retirement funds
- Understanding the benefit of all the funds and fringe benefits offered
- Financial Skills (payments, reconciliations, validations)
- Understanding the HR policies at Mediclinic
- Microsoft Excel
Qualification & Experience:
- Essential: Mininum 5 years HR or employee benefits experience; 3 years supervisory experience
- Experience with administration of medical aid and retirement funds; 3 years supervisory experience
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
