- Up to date CPD portfolio.
- Proven experience in working with individuals and groups.
- Effective time management.
- Commitment to personal growth and the development of others.
- Ability to provide counselling services within a learning environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- A Master’s degree in Educational Psychology.
- Attention to quality, accuracy and detail orientation.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and proposals.
- Experience in working with vulnerable children and trauma.
- Experience in individual and group psychoeducational assessments including career assessments and subject choice assessments.
- Proven ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Experience in promoting the holistic wellbeing and development of all students, academically, psychologically and socially.
- Willingness to participate in the broader life of the Academy and to contribute positively to the ethos of the school.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as an individual and in teams.
