Job Description: Bradford Schools seeks to appoint a Part Time Afrikaans specialist teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will initially be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week and will be remunerated per hour. Administering continuous assessments and observation to track learner progress and development across the Preparatory school from Foundation through to Intersen phase. Job Requirements: Minimum 5 -8 years subject specific experience in an IEB school. Be passionate, dynamic, caring and innovative and willing to go the extra mile. Be knowledgeable in current trends in Afrikaans education and understanding. Have a police clearance, sexual offenders and child protection services clearance certificate. Have a relevant teaching degree and SACE accreditation. Competency in IT- specifically Microsoft, One Note, Teams and Share Point. Be prepared to work according to the school ethos, values, specifications and policies Be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic. Be able to engage with parents.
