Investec For Business is looking for a Business Analyst who will span across all functional areas the IFB Tech team is responsible for. The role will involve project and business as usual deliverables, the resolution of user issues and requests. A hunger for enabling change, a passion for continuous creative improvement, forward thinking, open minded and a good understanding of how user experience translates into client experience are key to the success of this role. Client centric thinking is a must.

- Ensuring quality implementation of the solution, as well as post analysis measures such as metrics, monitoring and reporting.
- Will include a part to play in the full project lifecycle.
- From the benefits realisation, the eliciting of business requirements and readying those requirements for software development, partnering in the progress of the build and testing phases.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- The ability to manage stakeholder expectations regarding requirements and a proactive mind-set focused on identifying and
- mitigating risks and resolving issues is key.
- Strong conflict management skills as well as strong administration skills and time management.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills when faced with problems / issues.
Qualification & Experience:
- The ideal Business Analyst candidate requires a degree or diploma with a minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst. Preferably with experience in the Financial Services industry.
