Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective and efficient management of queues in the office
- Report all risks according to required format
- Coach and guide staff on compliance to all relevant regulatory, internal and external compliance requirements
- Monitor service delivery and assist staff where service levels are not being met
- Asses the working environment and report all Occupational Health and Safety issues to management
- Serve as a project leader within the local office for civic services to ensure effective project management implementation
- Render services in Mobile Units where and when required
- Supervise the performance of the staff members
- Facilitate and direct staff in all Human Resources administration requirements within the local office
- Manage records / documentation according to DHA document management prescripts
- Ensure adherence to Batho Pele principles in order to improve service delivery within the office
- Conduct quality assurance to ensure quality of service delivery
Provide expert advice and guidance to local office on civic services operational issues and matters
Job Requirements:

- Record and time management
- Understanding of Departmental Legislation and Public Management Framework
- Sound knowledge of the Batho Pele Principles
- A valid driver’s license is required
Qualification & Experience:
- An undergraduate qualification in Public Management / Administration, Social Science or related field at NQF Level 6 recognized by SAQA
- 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
