Job Description:
Apply and transfer of behavioural science knowledge to the planned development, improvement and reinforcement of strategies, structures and processes that contribute to organizational effectiveness.

- Development of a service culture which build rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
- Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Design and facilitate integrated transformational organisation development interventions.
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members.
- Partner/inform in the design, implementation and/or roll-out of other organisation diagnostic assessments.
- Manage, support and integrate services and solutions as well as initiate innovations and changes needed to align them with the strategic intent of the organisation, as well as the integration with other CoE services and solutions to deliver value.
- Manage own development to increase own competencies.
- Contribute to enhancing and enabling the change and organisation development capacity in the business, with an emphasis on enhancing the organisation’s capacity to transform sustainably.
- Source, build and manage partnerships with external experts / providers.
Qualification & Experience:
- Post graduate Degree in Social Sciences/HR or equivalent
- At least 10 years experience in corporate organisation development, enhancing the effectiveness of business, leaders, groups and individuals in a complex organization .
- Experience in organisation development processes, facilitation methods and coaching.
