Job Description:
We are looking for the Senior Finance Manager, Middle East Africa & South America, to plan, organize, lead and control the Finance activities for the regional Cluster to support the delivery of the growth, revenue, profit, working capital, cash flow and RONA objectives. As the Cluster finance executive you will lead the in-country finance teams with responsibility for delivering timely and accurate financial information, analysis and recommendations to Group Finance in order to make strategically consistent and financially sound decisions. Establish robust internal controls in order to protect corporate assets and achieve targeted return on capital projects.

- Leading and supporting IT systems and process improvement projects
- Business partnering with business unit CEO’s and the regional leadership team
- Functional Leadership of business unit financial controllers
- Support transformation
- Overall financial responsibility for the Middle East, Africa and South America region
- Overall reporting and controlling responsibility for the Middle East Africa and South America region
- Strategic planning and supporting strategic initiatives for the region
Job Requirements:
- Strategic Planning: 3 to 4 years
- Group Financial Reporting: 10 years or more
- Process Improvement: 3 to 4 years
- CA or CGMA preferred
- Financial Planning: 10 years or more
- People Management: 10 years or more
Qualification & Experience:
- Solid leadership experience in a commercial, complex, high quality – and preferably manufacturing – organization. Previous multi-country responsibility at a strategic level is desirable.
- Experience in identifying and executing complex, multi-country acquisitions
- Experience with ERP software and integrated sales & operations planning
