Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop employees
• Ensure customer satisfaction and management
• Manage section finances
• Implement and enforce house rules
• Enforce health and safety
• Manage outsourced building services contracts
• Implement infrastructure

Job Requirements:

• 4 years’ experience in Hygiene and cleaning industry
• Good communicator
• South African National Standards Codes (SANS) building
• Hygiene and cleaning methodologies
• Leading by example
• Contracts management
• B Degree/ B Tech/National Higher Diploma in Real Estate/Quantity Surveying/Building Science/Commerce/Facilities Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
• Influential
• Operational sound
