Job Description:

To provide financial support to manage IBD Capital Function and Commercial Inventory Function that will enable management to execute capex spend and provide inventory assurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive project managers to complete Project Status updates (Progress Comments, Reforecasting,Governance Form) in iPPM for all projects
• Monitor spend and attain reasons for underspend and whether rebalance is required
• Ensure all capex platforms are aligned (SAP, iPPM, BI)
• Coordinate portfolio rebalance & change request executed in terms of governance framework (LOA)

Job Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding and Application of the Engen Limits of Authority framework(LoA)
• Use communication styles appropriate to situation

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Accounting/Project Management preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in project management
