Job Description:
- To provide shared HR administration and payroll services to the business.
- To oversee, manage and provide strategic direction to the members of the payroll team (including payroll officers and administrative assistants)
Job Requirements:
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- 3 years managerial experience in a payroll environment
- Extensive knowledge of VIP payroll (ideal)
- Management skills
- Communications Skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- 5-8 years within HR environment with particular focus on payroll and HR administration
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Other payroll related statutory requirements (i.e. UIF, BCEA, etc)
- Employees tax
- Employee benefits (pension, provident fund and medical aid)
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- A relevant degree in Commerce
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Human Resources
