Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ensure that the requirements for assisting Content Owners and Authors with Content Management are addressed according to the focus area
  • To ensure that all aspects where assistance are required are escalated in the appropriate way as per departmental requirements
  • To ensure that all requirements for assisting the team with the specific focus on drafting, following the review cycle or delivering on the requirements of all Formal documents, C-Net content and Contracts within Capitec Bank

Job Requirements:

  • Planning, organising and coordination skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Business writing skills
  • Communications Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Telephonic / Call skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • Experience of quality assessment will be advantageous
  • Proven experience in drafting formal documentation would be required
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Law or Commerce
  • Experience in engaging with team members on a senior management level would be an added advantage
  • Experience in Reports preparation and making sense of the feedback in order to make sound decisions to ensure the department is maintained efficiently
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Intermediate
  • Administrative or secretarial experience in a corporate/professional environment
  • Certification in Project Management
  • Experience in co-ordinating various tasks simultaneously
