Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure that the requirements for assisting Content Owners and Authors with Content Management are addressed according to the focus area
- To ensure that all aspects where assistance are required are escalated in the appropriate way as per departmental requirements
- To ensure that all requirements for assisting the team with the specific focus on drafting, following the review cycle or delivering on the requirements of all Formal documents, C-Net content and Contracts within Capitec Bank
Job Requirements:
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Business writing skills
- Communications Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Telephonic / Call skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Experience of quality assessment will be advantageous
- Proven experience in drafting formal documentation would be required
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Law or Commerce
- Experience in engaging with team members on a senior management level would be an added advantage
- Experience in Reports preparation and making sense of the feedback in order to make sound decisions to ensure the department is maintained efficiently
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Intermediate
- Administrative or secretarial experience in a corporate/professional environment
- Certification in Project Management
- Experience in co-ordinating various tasks simultaneously
