Job Description: An exciting opportunity exists for a Retail Stores Training Specialist at SPITZ in Bryanston, Johannesburg. The purpose of the role is to take ownership of and run the training function for the Business Unit (BU). This will include administering and presenting training, including training content creation, for the BU as per the annual training plan and the operational requirements. [the_ad id="21943"] Job Responsibilities: Organises and coordinates training logistics, including notifications for training, venues, refreshments, transport and external providers and requests invoices for payment submission Ensure necessary documentation is completed and submitted to L&D for review Sends all the necessary logistical and participant information to the programme facilitators, makes sure that the facility’s staff has a clear understanding of the logistical needs of the learning event, deals with emergencies and problems and ensures that contingency plans are manageable and up to date Co-ordinate all statutory training as required by the business (eg.
