Job Description:
Under Armour is looking for a Field Account Manager to manage their coastal region.

- Lead by example according to company policies, develop and drive a high performance, accountable culture.
- Foster on-going professional relationships with existing customers and sales force, creating a culture of consultative selling, monitoring sell through data, replenishment suggestions to maximise sales, promotion suggestions, seasonal planning
- Develop sales strategies, setting revenue, account and door growth targets and plans and SIS targets.
- Assist customer service team in providing best in class service in accordance with the companies’ service level standards.
- Support the sales Lead in negotiations and communicating with customers – specifically but not limited to promotion confirmations and price increases
- Build and nurture internal working relationships with GTM team, customer service and sales team.
- Assist with the GTM sales process by providing Merch and planning with required information that helps co-ordinate and develop sales tools that directly support the sell-in process for both existing and new accounts
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and resilience
- Valid driver’s license and own car essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ working experience within a similar sales environment (Golf industry would be an advantage)
- Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing advantageous
