Job Description:
In the scope of work, the Senior Specialist OE and Strategic Projects will work closely with the Manager Culture Performance and Strategic Projects to make defined policies and standards come alive in the context of AAP’s strategy and operating environment. The key activities of this role are to:

- Drive strategic projects related to the future of work, leveraging available resources from Group
- Act as internal consultant and support to Executive Head of HR driving strategic thinking in OE
- Drive change management across strategic projects
- Partner with business and HR departments to coordinate delivery of wholistic, considered solutions
- Work with internal and external parties to co-create (e.g., with Group) thought leadership
- Prepare and develop content for board presentations, PMC presentations, etc.
- Drive strategic workforce planning, partnering with data analytics for business insights
- Champion and drive all aspects of wellbeing, incl. physical, psychological, financial, etc.
- Implement strategic and culture agenda of function redefining future strategy of HR
Job Requirements:
- Business improvement tools and techniques
- Project management fundamentals
- Industrial Psychology qualification is Advantageous
- New technologies and their impact on operational activities within scope of role
- Relevant Post Graduate qualification(s)
- 5- 10 years Relevant experience in organizational effectiveness
- Change Management experience
