Job Description: Here’s an exciting opportunity to join us as a Housing Advisor where you will be responsible for effectively driving, coordinating and managing new housing developments within Anglo American Platinum. [the_ad id="21943"] Job Responsibilities: Consolidate work done by other professional involved in the housing developments and give feedback to the Senior Specialist Housing Project and Manager Housing Constantly monitor the status of projects and consult with Senior Specialist Housing Project and Manager Housing Co-ordinate the procurement of consultants/specialists Liaise with external consultants and co-ordinate their work with own project plans Engage the Technical department on all technical issues Be responsible for liaising with professional teams as well as the Technical Division to ensure efficient delivery of accommodation Give recommendation to the Senior Specialist Housing Project and the Housing manager on tendering and procurement procedures Effectively using MS Projects to plan, update and follow up on projects Plan and schedule meetings and all interaction with stakeholders Job Requirements: Knowledge and management experience of housing practices in the organisation Valid RSA Driver’s License is essential Must have own vehicle Exposure to process management in a large construction project Demonstrate an understanding, knowledge, and application of Level 3 Professional Technical competency Workforce planning and staffing in validating manpower plans for practice areas Knowledge of housing processes and implementation of standards and monitory delivery Qualification & Experience: NQF 7 Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in BSc Building/Construction/ Quantity Surveying 3 years project management experience in the construction industry Experience in performance improvement and management in integrational commonalities for performance improvement housing strategies across highly complex organisations Job Details: Company: Anglo American Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa Application Deadline: N/A [the_ad id="21944"] Apply Here jobsrican.com
