Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational department performance against strategic objectives by regular management review to ensure that objectives are fulfilled, and required corrective action is taken in an efficient and timely manner.
- Provide staff with an empowering view of Altron’s mission, vision, values and the key strategic objectives
- Manage the effective achievement of business unit objectives through effective leadership and by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating team to maximize performance.
- Ensure open communication channels with staff and implement change management interventions where necessary.
- Build and manage a high performing team by providing leadership, role clarity, training and career development.
- Manage the development and oversee compliance of business unit policy and standard operating procedures
- As a member of the operations management team, contribute towards the formulation and implementation of overall business strategies and plans with specific focus on Business Unit revenues and margins which enable the achievement of Altron’s mission and objectives.

- Customer relationship management
- Relevant Industry/Domain knowledge
- Good Business Acumen
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in managing business processes (Repairs and Installation process, Spare Part processes, teams Capacity Management, Management Reporting, Customer Support and Reporting, Change Management).
- Experience in managing various network types (Enterprise and Critical communications/RF, Mobile and Fixed Wireless Access networks), Telemetry, and Broadband networks
