Job Responsibilities: Monitor operational department performance against strategic objectives by regular management review to ensure that objectives are fulfilled, and required corrective action is taken in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure open communication channels with staff and implement change management interventions where necessary. Build and manage a high performing team by providing leadership, role clarity, training and career development. Manage the development and oversee compliance of business unit policy and standard operating procedures As a member of the operations management team, contribute towards the formulation and implementation of overall business strategies and plans with specific focus on Business Unit revenues and margins which enable the achievement of Altron’s mission and objectives.
