Job Description:
We have an exciting opprtunity for an Operations: Inbound Manager within our Distribution Centre! This position will be based at our DC in Kuilsriver and will report directly to the Distribution Centre Manager. By taking on this opportunity, you will be managing the Receiving, Inventory and Value-Added activities within the Distribution Centre and to ensure cost effective, accurate, timeous inflows as well as inventory management in line with the supply chain strategy

- Efficient administration and compliance for stock statements and stock adjustments
- Ensure proper recording of supplier errors and process are adhere to
- People management – Recruitment, performance appraisals, talent, and succession planning
- Management of employee relations
- Effective financial controls and compliance to financial budget inputs
- Budget control and ordering cycle of the hangers to ensure no stock-outs whilst within budgets
- Process adherence and continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- Has knowledge of conflict and collective bargaining
- Has effective financial and numerical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess intermediate computer skills
Qualification & Experience:
- A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric
- Preferred tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Post Matric Supply Chain Certification
